When will checkpoints for SAM 2 (video, image) be released, if they aren't available already @JunMa11 ?

We are using the office SAM2 checkpoint for benchmarking.
Fine-tuning the video segmentation model is not trivial, we are still working on the coding. Stay tuned.

@JunMa11 thanks for the response. For the original MedSAM, you released the medsam_vit_b.pth checkpoint - will there be a similar checkpoint released for MedSAM 2? Or is this already available in some location that I'm not aware of?

Yes, once we figure out the training, a fine-tuned model will be released.
