As a user, I want to favorite specific resources so that I can quickly access them in the future.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

Individual Resources have a star icon in the header
Clicking the star icon adds the Resource to a list of favorites if it is not favorited
Clicking the star icons removes the Resources from a list of favorites if it is favorited
A list of favorites can be accessed by clicking "Favorites" in the footer
Favorites list uses the same view as the Resources list for a Category
Favorites are present if I access Establish on the same device
