Quivers, Clips, Multi-shot weapons

Sometimes you have 60 arrows and need to use a move action to get a new quiver every 20.
Sometimes you have a weapon that needs to be reloaded ever x shots.

there may be other similar situations.
they're pretty common and handling this in-extension would be great.
