Implements a migration script to transform audited transactions from Blocto's format to standard FLIX (v1.0) template format.
A newer version of the FLIX (v1.1) standard was accepted very recently (onflow/flips#77), so we will have to do some tweaks to support that soon - once the latest version is better adopted across the Flow ecosystem.
This script also suffers from a few issues, present in the dependent flow libraries:
