Fixes github issues #1, #2, #3, #4
Multi-theme support added and QTextEdit replaced with QPlainTextEdit to improve performance. Latest Peg Highlight Library added replacing the old one to improve performance and eliminate few bugs. Made win32 source same as linux. Now no need to use dlls for FindReplace library. Changed version syntax to fix github issue #5
