A cron already exists but it doesn't work/run

Le cron pour remettre les utilisateurs dans la team communauté tourne sans erreur et d'après les logs il ajoute bien le utilisateur à la team.
Le cron pour réactiver les utilisateurs lui n'est pas activé, mais nous ne désactivons plus les utilisateurs normalement.
