search functionality for "add favourites modal"

Task:

As a Tree Seed Centre staff member, I want a search function in the "add favourites modal", that will allow me to refine results to the screen(s) of interest.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Given I have opened the modal, when I enter a term/activity name in the search bar, then a list of results will be generated after I click the "search button"
• Given I have opened the modal, when I use the department filter, then a list of results will be generated by the department of interest.
• Given I have applied search parameters, when there are no results found, then I receive "results not found" message.
