Send AR to Lear so AR filing can be used for other entity types

I'd like to make this filing the filing that we use for all AR's but I need the PO's to weigh in on this before we work on it.

To support this, we'll need to send the AR to lear.

Perhaps a lower priority.

I think it is worth bring it up early, instead of late. Sometimes there are assumptions that things mentioned in passing are on the plan to delivery.

It should also include BRD (Business Registry Dashboard) and ED (Entity Dashboard) so that the final landing page from AR takes you to one of those, and that they are able to display that information.

Next step is to setup Requirements gathering meeting and timelines for deliverables when Trish/Thor are available.

@Maribeth-Wilson are we going to setup a meeting with Thor/Trish to see what requirements are needed here. i am not clear on when the delivery of this work needs to be done by.
