Push filter by multiple features back into Arches core

Filter by feature was introduced into Arches Core in version 7.6, however it only allows for a single feature to be used. Our implementation allows multiple features (both selected and drawn) to be used and either an intersection or union function applied. Need to donate this back into Arches Core so that it can be removed from our custom implementation.
