https ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Thank you for sharing this repo! I fear that my question might be obvious/ dump. But when I follow the youtube video on how to set up skiff I get the demo site working using http://, but not securely (https://). I am unsure where to configure that https should be allowed. The Hetzner server? Insight the docker container running on it, and if so, where. Any pointer is greatly appreciated.
