support arm64 architecture

I was build this image on arm64 and successed, So I think can be add it to https://hub.docker.com/u/arm64v8/ .

Hi @longquan7 : Have you done any changes for arm64 or did it run just by the normal build and run for you
I can raise a PR if this would enable arm64v8 in the official supported architectures for backdrop.

Do let me know, what else needs to be done for this.
