New keypair file for AWS fabric client node

I am a newbie in AWS Blockchain network development. I am trying to create a sample instance of the following git hub tutorial URL in my AWS Portal.

I already create a Blockchain network and fabric client node as per the documentation, and I can connect to ssh with the keypair.pem file. but after some days, I lost my keypair file. So I create a new key pair file. But when I try to access with this new keypair file it shows an error like the below image.

Is this possible to connect with a new key pair file?
