Show images at higher resolutions on higher-resolution displays

We seem to be storing project images at higher resolutions when uploaded that way, but display them only at 72 dpi regardless. Obviously a very low priority, but maybe an easy tweak somewhere?

Well, probably not higher resolution, but we're storing the full-size images and then cropping them. If someone wants to design a new interaction for these images that works with the current design, I'd love to see that happen.
