Bookmark feature

Initially this is would be at the individual trustee level, where trustees could bookmark an application independent of a vote of Awesome for the application.

This could be extended to a chapter level bookmarking/favouriting feature, where trustees in a chapter could indicate on an application a public star/mark that could show up in the finalist list or potentially be in a separate view.

This could be really interesting. As we discussed on our call, this could possibly be an extension of the current Vote model and functionality.
