[Bug]: Mobile App: changes can not be saved

What happened?

When editing a document using android app(adding tag) and then hitting "save changes" the changes are not saved. Save changes button remains highlighted, when leaving the document the warning appears about unsaved changes.
Paperless ngx 2.12.1 (API v5)
Android app 3.2.1+405

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in with Android mobile app
2. Welsch document
3. Edith documenta with pencil tool
4. Edith tag
5. Save changes
6. See that changes are not saved

Now, I added an additional User and reconnected the android app: fault disappeared, all works well again.

After a while the above bug recurred.

Your issue is most probably related to custom fields, which the app currently does not support.

If your document has a custom field assigned, saving will fail. If you edit a document without a custom field, it will work as expected.

I guess there are quite some reports in the issues and discussions here related to this.
But at time being there's no fix.

Right on: the doc I played with has a custom field. Custom fields also don't show in the mobile APP. Other docs save successfully. Thank you, I'll wait and use Notes in the meantime.
