What happened?

We are in the process of moving our documents from Google-Drive to Papeless. Workflow is to use "Copy to" and select "Paperless Mobil" as the target. It will then open the "Import-Form" where you can assign all Metadata to the document. Works like a charm. But sometimes only the start-window of Paperless-Mobile is shown.
Found the reason after some digging in the filename of the document to share. If it contains a "/" it will not work as expected.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Google-Drive on your Phone
  2. Select a PDF without "/" in the Name
  3. Click "Sent Copy" (in German it is called "Kopie senden") to open the share-targets
  4. Select Paperless Mobile
  5. Import-Form is open in Paperless Mobile to add Metadata
  6. Repeat the same with a file that contains "/" in the Filename
  7. Paperless is opening with the Start-Form
