现阶段 Core 中的 config 类型仅是单纯的 Record<string, any>，需要由上层框架自行覆盖；

对于用户自行定义的配置和插件内配置类型，受到扫描+合并的限制，没法静态解决。

考虑提供统一的导出机制（固定文件写类型）或干脆还是浅搞套类型生成器处理这一问题。
