Support for distributed load testing on Azure just shipped in Artillery v2.0.19.
You can now run distributed load tests using your own Azure subscription.
Artillery will create all resources it needs on-the-fly and remove them at the end of the test. There is no infrastructure that needs to be created or managed in order to run load tests.
