Simulation test

Let's add a simulation test with the following steps:

• setup and fund a covenantless asp with at least 1 BTC
• setup and fund and onboard a client with 0.1 BTC
• setup 50 clients and make a single payment, sending 0.002 BTC to each client
• make the 50 clients claim their vtxos in the same round

Let's configure the ASP to run on bitcoin regtest with a round interval of 20 seconds, we decrease it progressively to understand what are the limitations of the service.
