When a user that has Resource editor group adds a new geometry to an existing geometry card which goes to a provisional save:

Once the Resource reviewer goes and review the Geometry, user cannot see the provisional edit geometry on the map. Toggling between approved edits and provisional edits does not display the changes (see Images below). The second image should show a polygon around Sky Tower

However, if Resource Reviewer Click on the provisional edit to review. Click 'Edit', click 'Edit Geojson' and the provisional geometry will appear, and the reviewer can complete QA and either save the edit or reject it as usual.
Or if Resource Reviewer clicks 'Save Edit' (i.e approves the edit) then the added geometry is displayed in the card.

Note: this only affects new geometry added to existing geometry card. If the resource editor adds a new geometry card, the geometry in the new card is visible to the resource reviewer.
