This link doesn't seem to work when the report is viewed from Search Results > Details. Have you seen this before?

@jacobtylerwalls - I've seen this in our implementation. Bashed my head against it and I believe I resolved it at one point but I'd need to go back to see what I did.

Workflow steps also affected, see screenshots in #10995.
