Differences in concept and concept-list datatypes in the Monument and Area "Components" nodegroup #1061

The Components nodegroup for Monuments and Areas have the same nodes but have differences in their datatypes as some are concept-lists and others just concepts.

In Monuments, the "Component Type", "Component Material" and "Evidence Type" are concept-lists, with "Construction Technique" as just a concept. In Areas, only "Component Material" is a concept-list, and the rest are concepts.
(Examples shown below).
