Requirement Of Sending Query Rules Dynamically from the Front End

Hello Team,

Hope you guys are doing well?

We have the requirement that we need to send the query rules from the frontend. Below is our requirement that we need to achieve with reactive components:

1. Let's say one user comes to our application and searched for "developer" job, So we will save his query in the local storage.
2. So when next time same user visited to our application, We would to boost up the results with developer keyword on top for that user.

So can you please suggest on this like how can we achieve this . Any help will be appreciated as we need to show this feature to one of our potential client.
