Update API Client page titles

Can we change the page titles for SDKs and client pages from e.g.

ActorClient | API | API client for Python | Apify Documentation

to

ActorClient | API client for Python | Apify Documentation

? Basically just drop the "API" from the title, it doesn't add any value, and it can be confused by Google as well as users with Apify API. Also "API | API client for Python" looks quite silly. And while we're at it, let's add version number of the library to the title, as that's quite crucial piece of info, i.e.:

ActorClient | API client for Python 2.9 | Apify Documentation
