This partially solves issue #108, but it would still be good to go through the issues tagged with "question" and check whether more items should be added.

I have added some quick notes in a new “Troubleshooting” section in the documentation. It would still be a good idea to go over the issues tagged with “question” and add a few more items in there — therefore I am leaving this issue open for now. |

It would be nice to add a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section in
doc/template.txt, and at least mention the following::set shell(see For some reason it is not working #107).g:templates_name_prefixand friends (see configuration confusion #63, Combining vim-template and nautilus document templates naming conventions #91, and How to add my c's template and not affect update? #52)....and maybe others. Skimming through the issues tagged as
