Deploy a Pulsar cluster on AWS using Terraform and Ansible - Step 4 Disk Setup - terraform-inventory tool + terraform.tfstate

Hi, following guide https://pulsar.apache.org/docs/3.2.x/deploy-aws/ for deploy a pulsar cluster on AWS, in step 4 (Disk Setup), it's not clear to me how to generate the inventory file using the terraform-inventory tool with the terraform.tfstate file (on windows). Could you please expand this information, thanks.
