Here are the updates to the blog page. The thought is that if the user hits "View more" from the Blogs section on the home page or "Latest posts" from the Blogs dropdown on the masthead, they would land on a Blogs landing page.

The very first blog post shown would be the most recent post and then the bottom section would be tabbed by Blogs or Bullhorn and would be paginated. It would just house all the blog posts or bullhorn posts and if a user goes to the next page, that tabbed area would update but the very first blog post section would be persistent.
Once a user clicks on a blog post it would open up in a new page.

Blogs Page

Since graphics for the blog posts are still in progress, I thought this might be more feasible in the meantime. Let me know what you think!

@tiyiprh This looks awesome! My only question is how as implementation of these changes handled in the past? We are nearing our launch date and I want to get this change in before we launch.

@wbentley15 These changes are a bit more complex than some of the other layouts and require updates to some of the nikola internals. We can do it but I'm not that sure we can get there before launch.
