Self-assigning this one, if that's OK with everyone. Results should be an updated mapping.py file and a new loader for DIOPT.

Bumping it up to 0.6.0. The loader-memory issues are preventing DIOPT from being parsed. :-/ It's fixable but it'll take some time.

place this on pause please. not sure which Orthology data will be used for 0.6. needs discussion among Orthology WG and PIs.
