Description

I would like to see Alleyvate do PHP version checks (similar to client-mu-plugins/composer.php that exists on many Alley projects).

Use Case

When users are in the admin area, they should see whether or not the current version of PHP is up to Alley's standards to help keep sites using up-to-date PHP versions.
