[DOCUMENTATION] - Contributing.md says to use tags, but permissions not given to do so #72

Not sure if admin/owners of project are aware, but the contributing.md file says to use tags for issues and PRs. The repo settings do not allow for us to do that.

Hey @xscottxbrownx not sure here, but labels are present - can you see them when creating a new issue?

@Eversmile12 yes, the labels exist/have been created for repo and show in Issues > Labels

but when users are creating issues, we do not have the proper permissions to add a label to the issue.

This is all I could find in docs:

But if we had permission, when creating an issue the right side would have a gear icon on "Labels" that we could click and choose which label. Like:
