Poor performance on Chrome for Android and Mobile Safari #51

I just tried the demo page on Chrome for Android and Mobile Safari and the performance was pretty poor. It takes awhile to render when scrolling down, displaying a blank white page for a couple of seconds instead.

Any fixes or workarounds for this considering that this works great for Desktop?

Mobile support is crucial for me too. Is there any solution for this?
