Available in Windows 10, 64-bit system?

Been trying to install sknn into a new virtual environment I created on my Win 10, 64 bit machine.

conda install scikit-neuralnetwork

initially I get the error message:

Solving package specifications: .
PackageNotFoundError: Package not found: '' Package missing in current win-64 channels:

• scikit-neuralnetwork

Does sknn not exist for Win 64?

I don't think it's available on conda. I had to use pip to install sknn. (On mac)
