Philips Tv's RC5

I have a Philips tv and i want to be able to control it from a raspberry pi pico via ir. I checked my tv's ir protocol that it uses, and i saw that it uses "RC5". I tryied implementing the protocol but i couldn't get the tv to respond to any signal. I listened for my remote, copyied the codes, decoded them, and tryied to transmit them from the pico, but it still didnt work. Can you please implement that protocol?
