Saving and creating in FactoidBuilder sometimes fails

Without an example of when this happens, it's hard to deal with it.

Saving a new Factoid could take one or two seconds, so you might be tempted to click a few times — but the button is disabled, and shows a loading symbol... I guess if someone's expecting the whole page to vanish and reload, it might look like nothing's happening. I could put a big loading symbol in the middle of the page and grey-out the page while this is happening, if that would help UX?

I like the idea of further visual feedback during saving. Not really urgent.
