I'm not sure if this is a problem with this extension, or the limitations of vscode, however I use the switcher profile extension to separate windows / linux configurations (wsl/macos) as vscode doesn't give me this out of the box. And I am sad that the extensions are synchronized (installed and deleted) on the host machine, but this does not happen with the remote (even the local WSL), the extension menu lights up with the inscription "install in wsl" And they are not disabled or deleted when changing the profile. I am very interested in this extension, I have about 5 different technological drains, and the extensions are very conflicting with each other, and the OS-oriented configuration is still not in vscode. Therefore, I hope that it is possible to synchronize extensions with remote machines so that the Profile Switcher functionality is fully functional.

I would also be really be interested by this functionality. Being able to have the profile to also "control" the extensions in WSL would be a really nice plus to the extension in my opinion.
Kind regards
