Error when deleting profile

When deleting a profile, I get the following error: 'isExtensible' on proxy: trap result does not reflect extensibility of proxy target (which is 'true')

Afterwards, using the "Select Profile" command seems to indicate that the profile was deleted correctly (it doesn't show in the list). But after further inspection of the settings.json file, while profileSwitcher.profiles is cleaned up, the profile still exists under profileSwitcher.extensions and profileSwitcher.storage.
