Welcome to the support page for OpenHIIT! Here, you can find information on how to report issues and request assistance.

Submitting Issues

If you encounter any problems or have suggestions for improvements, please follow these steps to submit an issue:

  1. Check Existing Issues: Before creating a new issue, please check the existing issues to see if your problem has already been reported.

  2. Create a New Issue:

    • Click on the "Issues" tab at the top of the repository.
    • Click the "New Issue" button.
    • Please use the Bug report template for bugs, the Feature template for improvements, etc.
    • Provide a clear title and description of the issue.
    • Include as much detail as possible, such as steps to reproduce, expected behavior, and actual behavior.
    • If applicable, attach screenshots or error logs.
  3. Labeling: To help us categorize and prioritize the issues, please assign relevant labels, such as "bug," "enhancement," or others.

Requesting Assistance

If you need help or have questions, you can reach out in the following ways:

  1. Discussions: Check the "Discussions" tab at the top of the repository. Here, you can ask questions, share ideas, or engage with other users and maintainers.

Communication Guidelines

  • Be Courteous: Please be respectful and considerate in your communication.
  • Provide Details: When reporting issues, provide detailed information to help us understand and address the problem.
  • Stay Engaged: Stay engaged with the discussion if more information is requested or if there are updates on the reported issue.
