No I am saying we should have swiv releases aligned with Druid releases, though the versioning of swiv can be different. |
Ah, ok, so have a documentation page that clearly says "This version of swiv works on these versions of Druid?" I guess I'm just trying to understand what this means concretely. Do you have an example of a project you think has done this well that we could just copy? |

To start with having a documentation page mentioning the supported druid
version would do i guess.
I was saying this more from the point of adding more features on swiv based
on druid releases. But nevertheless i guess it will happen as we move.

We should plan to have a release aligned with every release of druid version ensuring the compatibility and making use of new capabilities or enhancements released in the new version of druid on the existing features of swiv.
