transfter 打到Graph的数据与打到的tsdb数据均是一样的吗 #51

目前有遇到 tsdb跟 graph归档的数据不统一，

下图两个图形均是近6个小时的 cpu.busy的平均值， graph和tsdb看到的数据图表不一致。

falcon-agent: 5.1.2
falcon-graph: 0.5.9
falcon-transfer: 0.0.17
