Swedish language does not change on first attempt #372

A user reported that he needed to set the Swedish language twice for the change to take effect.
Original message:

It is still not changing language the first time I change it.
As I already reported to you I need to change language twice for it to work.

I tried to reproduce the issue on a Swedish VM without success. It worked as expected: on the first run, the app detected the OS language and displayed in Swedish.

Additionally, when switching the language from English to Swedish, the change takes effect immediately without the need to restart WindowTop
