Clicking the custom special keys bar submits the Add New Translation String form #12761

Describe the issue

When adding a new translation key and clicking on the special keys bar the forms submits instead of inserting the special key.

I already tried

I've read and searched the documentation.
I've searched for similar filed issues in this repository.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Go to a Project/Component/Language
Click Add New Translation String
Click on the custom special keys bar

Expected behavior

Insert the custom special key instead of submitting the form
