Is Kc calculated at the reactor outlet temperature and standard pressures of 1 bar for gaseous species? If not, please correct the documentation.

Yes, that is correct. at reaction T and 1 atm (irrespective of the pressure set in thermo.xml as ref pressure). Related to issue #30.

@wittregr and @MaxRCohen Can either of you update the documentation if necessary?

The documentation needs to be updated to say standard pressure is "1 atm" instead of "1 bar", but otherwise everything is complete for this issue.
