[Request] Combining rings

I know this is likely to be a controversial suggestion, but I'd like the ability to have a ring with multiple effects. If this is already possible via CraftTweaker (in the same way that you can make recipes for any enchantment, including modded), what is the appropriate syntax for the metadata?

I'd be perfectly fine if this was something that was only possible via custom recipes and not baked in with pre-defined ones.
