Feature Description

I am working on a project called Vanilla Asahi , (Name brought to you by Vanilla OS contributors,) a project to get Vanilla OS running on ARM machines and later Asahi Linux. I have compiled some of the projects like Vanilla-OS/Vib, but I'd like to know what would need to be done to get Vanilla onto these machines?

Rationale

With the new Snapdragon X series processors, Chromebook users wanting to use Linux on their ARM devices, and macOS users who want a familiar quality experience on Linux, it seems like once Orchid is out of beta it would be nice to support ARM devices.

Additional Information

TODO (Not Asahi)

  • Vib
  • Kernel
  • GNOME
  • Apx
  • VSO (?)
  • Android Subsystem
