bug: screen flicker when using OBS in Vanilla

Issue Description

When you install OBS Studio then open for the first time and toggle the notification center at the same time, it glitches the screen causing both application windows to rapidly flicker.

Steps to Reproduce

1. install obs studio from software store
2. open for the first time
3. while it's loading, toggle notifications center for the calendar.
