[FEATURE] Want to improve the hover effect of the footer section

Detailed description

the footer section element is missing left to right underline animation like navbar have , the footer element have underline effect but the left to right animation is missin n the effect.
Also the the social icon present on the footer is missing hover effect

Context

this will improve the UI and readability of the website.

Possible implementation

-left to right underline effect
-social icon hover effect
