I would like to add missing meta tags.

Please assign me, and I will start contributing to this issue by creating a pull request under GSSoC'23.

Context

Some of the missing meta tags:

<meta property="discord:server" content="YOUR_DISCORD_SERVER_ID" />
<meta property="discord:invite" content="YOUR_DISCORD_INVITE_LINK" />
<meta property="discord:site" content="https://discord.com" />

I will add all the remaining meta tags, with proper conventions.
