Background
A pregnant girl (aged 12 - 24) is identified and her personal details captured by either a community health worker or a midwife using the mobile application. This allows for referral support and follow-up on uptake of ANC

User story
As a village health worker, I should be able to capture details of a pregnant teenage girl so that I can follow up with her for further antenatal care support

Acceptance criteria

  • The mobile application should be able to automatically schedule and notify the community health worker about an appointment date on providing the menstruation date of the girl.
  • The mobile application should be able to provide notifications for wrong data inputs and prevent the user from moving onto the next action.
  • In cases where a device does not have an internet connection, it should notify the user and store the data provided on the device's memory.
  • If the device does get an internet connection, it should then notify the user and save the data that was earlier stored on the device memory.

DoD

  • Mapped girls should be able to appear in the back end.

  • Change the title from Map girl to Map a girl.
  • Change Girl's first name to First name.
  • Change the date filter into a scroll date field.
  • Move girl's phone number to the girl's demographics details page.
  • Remove the district option from the girl's location.
  • Edit the contraceptive method to these (condoms, Implants, Injectables, Intra-uterine devices (IUDs), Pills)
  • Remove the book like lines.
  • I have noticed one can go to the next page without filling in anything in the fields.
  • Add the emergence alert call option when the girl responds YES to all or any risk assessment question.

  • Remove “risk assessment” questions from the mapping form of the midwife.
  • Remove the next of kin name and only capture the phone number.
  • Put a back button on the last form next to the submit button.
  • Voucher card should be captured only once in the app.
  • Change contraceptive list from radio buttons to checkbox
