Setting up pynn-carlsim with snn-toolbox

Hi, I'd like to set up pycarl as a backend for snn-toolbox so I can convert some tensorflow models to SNNs, and simulate them in carlsim. Are there any guides on how to do this? Setting up pynn doesn't seem to be enough, as snn-toolbox requires about a target simulator implementation.
