Rich Presence is stuck on "In menus..."

Alright, so I made a post here before on another Github account as I was unable to access this one, I have now regained access to my account so I am going to make a more detailed post with my issue as I still need help.

First of all, whenever I launch the game through Steam the RPC does not launch with the game. I have changed the value in "launcher-settings.json" to: but it still doesn't open when I launch the game through Steam. I tried to launch it by using both the "Launch Hearts of Iron IV" option as well as the "Launch Hearts Of Iron IV (Skip Launcher)" option.

Secondly, I tried to launch the game by using "runRPC.bat" inside of the game directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hearts of Iron IV, which makes the RPC launch, the game launch, as well as the status displays on Discord, but whenever I am in-game the status is stuck on "In menus..." at all times, even if I play on a saved game as well as I wait an in-game month.

How exactly do I resolve this? Would you be able to help me if I added you on Discord?

probably this #37 was causing the issue, but I can be wrong.
